Simcoe County District School Board - Adult English as a Second Language

Instructor-led ESL program which focuses on speaking, reading, writing and listening skills ranging from beginner to advanced

  • each student is assessed through the Canadian Language Benchmark framework and placed in a class which is appropriate to their skill level
  • incorporate many practical and creative learning techniques including workplace situations, Canadian culture discussions, English conversation and computer skills into the ESL program
  • classes also offered in Alliston and Bradford
