Canadian Mental Health Association, York Region and South Simcoe - CMHA Alliston
Facilitates access to the resources people require to maintain and improve mental health and community integration, build resilience and support recovery from mental illness and addiction.
Offers a wide range of programs, serving clients aged 12 and up on-site at several locations across York Region and South Simcoe, as well as remotely and in community settings.
Also provides mental health education and training programs to organizations looking to build knowledge, skills and resilience in their teams.
