Provides free assistance and information to those in the community with housing inquiries in the South Simcoe area.
Services include:
- Emergency Funds for utility arrears with the Low-income Energy Assistance Program and the Ontario Electricity Support Program
- Rent subsidies through the county, including assistance applying for Rent Supplement or Housing Allowance
- Housing Services provide assistance and resources to access programs for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including: rental arrears
- Emergency Supportive Services for people experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness
- Landlord/tenant mediation
- Referrals to community resources
- Housing First Case Management
- Listings for housing availability in the South Simcoe region
