Shelter Now - Transitional Support Program
Transitions homeless individuals or at risk of homelessness to become self sufficient and improve the quality of their lives. Offering:
- transitional housing complex with 20 units for short term housing and supports
- on-site client programming to improve life skills, social connections and recreational activities
- support services to transition to long-term and permanent housing
