Outreach Program:
  • safety plan
  • needs assessment
  • individual counselling
  • accompaniment to court, lawyer, police, etc.

Transitional and Housing Support Programs:

  • find suitable housing/help with applications for housing
  • assistance with budgeting, returning to school, finding employment
  • accompaniment with applications to Ontario Works, ODSP, government program, small claims court
  • advocacy and referrals
