First, contact the ACHEV language assessment centre to book a language test at 1-855-330-8655 or ysla@achev.ca
Once assessment is complete, register Eligibility

Adults 18 year and older, permanent residents, convention refugees, Canadian citizens, or others determined eligible for LINC or ESL classes by the ACHEV assessment centre
