- skills and workplace training, mentorship, certification, job preparation and placement
Expérica program -- newcomers support program
- 12 week, full time unpaid work placements and internships in their field of expertise to gain a first Canadian work experience
Women in action -- entrepreneurship support and coaching

Eligibility
Customer service training -- 16 years and older and Ontario Works (OW) recipients
Expérica program -- must be permanent residents or Convention Refugee or a protected person and work experience and/or college or university degree and no work experience in Ontario
Women in action -- women or persons self identifying as women living in the Greater Toronto area

Wheelchair accessible automatic main entrance ; Elevator with braille and voice/tone features ; Barrier-free washroom including door and stall ; Designated underground parking (entrance on Adelaide St) and street parking close to the entrance
