Access collaborative resources to reduce dependency on 911 and possible transports to the emergency department and remain well while living at home. Community Paramedics provides:
  • home visits and remote care monitoring
  • information and resources to best meet their needs and allow their clients to live well in their homes
  • File of Life (fridge magnet) program - quick and easy access to basic medical information to first responders
A File of Life fridge magnet can be picked up at City Hall, Fire Stations, Paramedic Stations or please email communityparamedic@guelph.ca to request one.
