- Offers primary health care and preventative services for Anishinaabe people through both traditional and contemporary health services
- Provides chronic disease management
- Administers immunizations
- Provides referrals to other service providers and specialists
- Performs some diagnostic procedures including electrocardiograms (ECG) and specimen collection
- Provides in-house laboratory services
- Provides weekly outreach clinics in most Kenora area communities
- Collaborates with Lake of the Woods District Hospital and Sunset Country Family Health Team for consultations, diagnostic imaging and laboratory analysis
