Centre offering health, disease prevention, primary care, and treatment services for people who face barriers accessing mainstream health services
- provides trauma-informed care to vulnerable populations by operating low-threshold, barrier-free access to primary care and addiction services
- connects individuals living with mental health challenges, substance use or addictions to appropriate and meaningful health and social services
Programs and services at SHC include:
- Catalyst Program (crystal methamphetamine addiction treatment)
- harm reduction supplies
- Opioid Overdose Prevention program
- Hepatitis C program (testing, treatment, and education)
- Rapid Access Addiction Medicine Clinic
- shuttle service for clients

Eligibility
Individuals who face barriers accessing mainstream health services, particularly those who are homeless or precariously housed, may have been incarcerated, and may be affected by or at risk of acquiring Hepatitis C (HCV)
