Kingston Community Health Centres - Street Health Centre

COVID-19 (23 Apr 2020): The Street Health Centre remains open during COVID19 until further notice. Individuals are screened upon arrival. Same day access to people with addictions and counselling support by phone (Mon-Fri). Access to harm reduction supplies and consumption treatment services (7 days per week).

Provides a range of prevention, treatment, support and primary care services including:
  • needle exchange
  • methadone treatment
  • counselling
  • primary and psychiatric care
  • treatment for hepatitis C
  • peer support and outreach

Satellite office of Kingston Community Health Centres:
  • mandate is to reduce the burden of illness resulting from the use of and dependence on drugs

No referrals necessary

Eligibility

Individuals 16 years and older * priority populations include injection drug users, homeless individuals and people involved in the sex trade
