    Inmates of federal penitentiaries in:
  • Bath Institution, including Regional Treatment Centre

  • Warkworth Institution

  • Joyceville Institution - all security levels, including the Assessment Unit

  • Joyceville Institution - Minimum

  • Millhaven Institution, including Regional Treatment Centre and the SIU

  • Collins Bay Institution - Maximum

  • Collins Bay Institution - Medium

  • Collins Bay Institution - Minimum
