Supportive housing for youth who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless:
- 3-bedroom shared house with no regular on site staff
- person meets with a Housing Youth Case Manager on a regular basis in order to support the young person
- youth who reside at Sutherland should have the ability to live independently and with other people
