Oxford County Community Health Centre - Housing Stability Program

The Housing Stability Program aims to provide service to residents of Oxford County who are homeless or precariously housed, at risk of eviction or at risk of homelessness.

Our program has several different services such as:
  • Housing stability case management
  • advocacy housing system navigation
  • individualized support planning
  • support to ensure a positive tenancy (rent paid on time, maintenance requests etc.)
We also have two Transitional Housing Programs located in Tillsonburg and Woodstock. Transitional Housing is a supportive - yet temporary - type of accommodation that is meant to bridge the gap from homelessness to permanent housing. The OCCHC is now providing a transitional housing program for individuals to become stable while seeking permanent housing.
