Oxford County Community Health Centre - Housing Stability Program
The Housing Stability Program aims to provide service to residents of Oxford County who are homeless or precariously housed, at risk of eviction or at risk of homelessness.

- advocacy housing system navigation
- individualized support planning
- support to ensure a positive tenancy (rent paid on time, maintenance requests etc.)

Eligibility
Must be 18+. Anyone experiencing homelessness in Oxford County, anyone who has received an eviction notice, anyone who has a history of unstable housing or rental arrears.
