Provides primary healthcare to Francophone residents of Hamilton and Niagara (and surrounding areas). NOT A WALK IN CLINIC
Registered clients have access to various health care professionals and services including family physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, laboratory services, registered dietitians, occupational therapists, diabetes education and management, including diabetic foot care and more.
Many programs are open to the community, including those who have a primary care provider elsewhere (see list below).

- Primary Health Care Services (registered primary care patients only)
- Dietician (open to community)
- Occupational Therapy
- Smoking cessation support
- Home visits from a health care professional may be available for eligible clients (registered primary care patients only)
- Health promotion workshops
- Social activities
- Group exercise programs for adults 55+ "Soyons actifs & Gardez L'équilibre"
- Caring for my COPD
- Counselling
- Ontario Senior Dental Care Program
