Works with and operates primary care medical clinics for the homeless and marginalized in Niagara. Also, connect clients to existing, available healthcare services. Run several clinics in Niagara as well as a Mobile Health Clinic in partnership with TELUS Health.
Application
Walk in for service. Available on a first-come-first served basis during clinic hours.
Eligibility
Individuals from marginalized populations, specifically homeless, who do not have a family doctor.
