Niagara Ina Grafton Gage Village - Rental Apartments and Life Lease
Offers rental, life lease and rent geared-to-income units. Guided tours of the facility are not available, but self-guided tours are available. Services from the Assisted Living Services Program are available for those who qualify.
There are 60 rental apartments in "A" Building; 50 are one-bedroom units and 10 are two-bedroom units. There are 60 rental apartments in "B" Building, all of which are one-bedroom units. Bed sitting rooms are also available.
There are 112 life lease apartments and 47 bungalows. Life lease allows a resident to purchase the right to occupy a particular unit and assures him/her of a permanent place to live without some of the responsibilities of ownership. The ownership of the unit remains with the Niagara Ina Grafton Gage Village Corporation. When a unit is vacated, Niagara Ina Grafton Gage Village re-sells the unit. Equity is paid back upon termination, less 3% per year to a maximum of five (5) years.
