Provides programs to improve the quality of life for Aboriginal people.
Activities and programs include:
- youth and community action program for children
- community kitchen
- community development program
- Aboriginal family support program
- criminal and family court worker program
- health outreach, healing and wellness program
- monthly Good Food box
- Aboriginal community legal clinic
- long term care program
- cultural resource coordinator
- Youth life prevention coordinator
Weekly events include: an Aboriginal parenting program, sewing circle, Ojibway language, drumming, outfit making class and special events at various times such as luncheons and children's plays.
