Application
Individuals will be placed on a waiting list that is prioritized based on need and/or date of application
Eligibility
- Individuals aged 16 years and up with mental illness
- Must require ongoing comprehensive Case Management in order to live successfully in the community
- Must be Canadian citizens, landed immigrants or refugees living within Nipissing District
- Must not owe arrears to full or partially-funded geared-to-income housing providers
- Individuals who also have an Acquired Brain Injury
