Offers rent-geared-to-income and supportive housing primarily for individuals with mental illness

Offers eight Integrated Housing Sites in the City of North Bay with varying levels of support, located at:
  • Algonquin Avenue Building
  • Duke Street Apartments
  • Lakeshore Drive Home (2)
  • Mountainview Estates
  • Nipissing Street Building
  • Percy Street Building
  • Woodward Apartments

Application

Individuals will be placed on a waiting list that is prioritized based on need and/or date of application

Eligibility

  • Individuals aged 16 years and up with mental illness
  • Must require ongoing comprehensive Case Management in order to live successfully in the community
  • Must be Canadian citizens, landed immigrants or refugees living within Nipissing District
  • Must not owe arrears to full or partially-funded geared-to-income housing providers

  • Individuals who also have an Acquired Brain Injury
