Eligibility

Adults 18 years or older, with a post-secondary certificate or degree from outside Canada, and international work experience in one of the following:
  • Architecture
  • Healthcare, Social Work, Education or Human Resources (HR)
  • Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Hospitality
Must be permanent resident, Canadian citizen, Convention refugee or refugee claimant eligible to work in Canada, with English proficiency that meets Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) Level 7 or above Clients in Francophone programs must demonstrate French language proficiency of Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens (NCLC) Level 7 or above, and English language proficiency of CLB Level 6 or above
