  • subsidized housing applications
  • information and guidance to help with housing problems like rental arrears, safety concerns, maintenance and health issues, and conflicts with landlords or others
  • information on landlord and tenant's rights and responsibilities
  • information on community resources
  • legal support for housing and discrimination and clients representation at the Landlord and Tenant Board
  • advice and moral support
  • help completing standardized leases if needed
