• Unity Housing Presland Road: three and four bedroom townhouse units * units are offered with rent-geared-to-income, below market rent subsidies, and market rate

Form available on the website * tenants applying for a below market or a rent-geared-to-income subsidy must also complete the subsidy form on the website and mail it to the City of Ottawa Social Housing Registry or visit them in person at 2197 Riverside Dr, fifth floor, Ottawa, ON K1H 1A9 (do not send your subsidy application to the Unity Housing office)
