The Clinic is a non-profit corporation staffed by lawyers, community legal workers, and administrative staff, and directed by a volunteer Board of Directors drawn from the community. Outreach Clinics - by appointment only:

Eligibility
Persons who cannot afford a lawyer and cannot obtain a Legal Aid Certificate, including low income earners, unemployed and social assistance recipients. Perth and Huron County residents. NO family law, criminal law or refugee law cases accepted

None - Legal services are free to all who meet financial eligibility requirements. Clients may pay for legal disbursements such as court costs, expert witnesses, and filing of documents.
