Driver and Vehicle:

  • Driver's Licenses - replace a driver's licence, retake a license photo, change information on a driver's licence, convert an enhanced license to a regular licence
  • Vehicle permits, plates and stickers - register a vehicle, get a temporary plate sticker, change name on vehicle, change status of vehicle permit, replace a vehicle permit, replace a licence plate, get or replace an off-road or snow vehicle licence plate and more
  • Accessible parking permits - get an accessible parking permit, change information on accessible permit
  • Driver and vehicle records - get or renew a commercial vehicle operator record, order an off-road or snow vehicle history record

Health card and insurance (OHIP)

  • Apply for health card, switch to photo health card, replacement (lost, stolen or damaged) and change of name
  • Register to be an organ and tissue donor

Ontario Photo Card - Ontario residents 16 years and over, who do not hold a driver's licence, are eligible for the photo card to use for government issue identification to access government, financial or business services that require proof of identity. Delivered four to six weeks by mail, cost $35, must be renewed every 5 years.
