Provides information regarding available housing in Grey County and available financial assistance to aid in obtaining housing. Available housing lists available on the website or through a weekly email blast.
Administers rent geared to income (RGI) housing - Rental amounts calculated on a scale that is geared to gross household income. Waiting lists are based on date of application. Victims of domestic violence are eligible for special priority status which allows applicants to be granted priority on RGI waiting lists.
Call for a complete list of buildings throughout the county that are administered by Grey County Housing.Participates in a coordinated access system with non-profits in Grey County.

- Investment in Affordable Housing (IAH) Program (depends on availability of funds)
- Homeownership Program - loans a mortgage down payment to low income renters purchasing a new or resale home
- Ontario Renovates - will assist with home repairs, modifications and adaptations. Forgivable loans of up to $15,000 are provided for eligible repairs and secured with a promissory note
- Administers Sustainable Housing Benefits (SHB) - offers financial assistance to obtain or retain housing to qualified applicants
