Eligibility

Persons in catchment area who do not have a family doctor; some exceptions for priority populations, including newcomers, racialized communities, isolated seniors, LGBTQ communities and people living in poverty, determined on a case by case basis; some programs or services may not be able to accept new clients immediately (call for information)

Residency Requirements: Matheson Blvd (north) to Lake Ontario (south), Hurontario St/Hwy 10 (west) to Etobicoke Creek (east); primary health care for people without immigration status documents - all of Mississauga; trans community members have an expanded catchment area, call for details
