Application
Referral can be self-referral, community agencies, educational or health care organization; complete and return SHIP Application Form, available on SHIP website

Eligibility
Youth 16-24 years requiring housing, with no source of income, who are eligible to receive Ontario Works assistance; must be Canadian citizen, landed immigrant or Convention refugee; must be willing to sign occupancy agreement and actively participate in goal setting, programs and activities
