Homelessness Prevention
Includes housing grants, move-in support, and facilitating connections with extended family and community members for long-term housing

Mentorship Program
Includes one-to-one long-term adult volunteer mentors and supportive networks

Mental Health Program
Counselling, access to trauma-informed psychotherapist and support in accessing community services

Application

Self referral, or referral from youth worker, social worker, Children's Aid Society, group or foster home, teacher, guidance counsellor, or family member; referral form available online

Eligibility

Youth and young adults 10-25 years involved in the child protection system who lack adult support; have experienced trauma, abuse and unstable guardian care; are economically disadvantaged and/or are living in or transitioning out of the foster care system; includes youth participating in provincial initiatives Continued Care and Support for Youth (CCSY), Ready Set Go (RSG), and Voluntary Youth Services Agreement (VYSA)
