Nurse Practitioner-led clinic provides accessible and comprehensive primary health care services for people who do not have a family doctor or nurse-practitioner
- not a walk-in clinic - clients must register prior to service and become a rostered patient to receive services.
Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Dietitian and Social Workers also onsite

Application
- Registered patients can call for an appointment
- Complete a referral form (currently have a waitlist)
Eligibility
- Must NOT already have a family doctor or Nurse Practitioner
- Must be a rostered patient with clinic (except for use of laundry/dryer and showers by individuals who lack access due to income or homelessness)

English; Interpretive Services - can be provided when required
