Fleming College - LINC
The Fleming College LINC program offers free English classes for adult newcomers who wish to improve their language skills for life in Canada, for employment, or for further learning.
Application
Contact New Canadian Centre: 905-377-8100; info@nccpeterborough.ca to arrange an appointment with a Settlement Counsellor. Students will then be referred to a Language Assessor for a free language test to determine their English level.
