YES Shelter for Youth and Families - Prevention and Diversion Worker
Helps youth search for housing, move in and remain housed.
- offers regular check-ins and provides referrals to other supports
- works with landlords to help build positive relationships with youth
- Supports youth in diverting from homelessness, as well as preventing entry into homelessness through early intervention in precarious housing situations
YES also provides a Trustee Worker for Youth to support youth who require trustee financial services to remain housed.
