Provides mobile harm reduction outreach and basic health services at various locations within the city of Sault Ste Marie including but not limited to:
- On-site medical assessments
- Basic necessities
- Harm reduction supplies
- Peer support
- Health and social service referrals to appropriate supports

- Bus meets individuals at several street locations
Eligibility
Vulnerable individuals who are homeless, at-risk of homelessness, or struggling with mental health/addictions issues and needing support
