- Offers free access to computers with internet, labour market information, education and training information, community information, referral services, telephone, faxing, long distance calls, job postings, and workshops
- Offers one-on-one counselling in areas such as job search, career exploration, education and training alternatives, referrals to appropriate agencies and services, job coaching, on-the-job training supports as required, resume screening
