Case Management
- Focus is on stabilization back into the community and stable housing
- Assists with financial management and budgeting
- Provides support with daily living activities
- Helps with making recovery goals, planning and monitoring
- Assists with physical and mental health and addiction issues
- Provides support with legal issues
- Provides top up to tenant's minimum rent contributions directly to the Landlord
- Supplements are not fixed to a specific unit and apply if a tenant moves

- Contact Central Access for referral and initial intake
- Space is limited in the Rent Supplement Program
