Provides support to individuals being released from correctional facilities, either on remand or detained, and those who are on mental health court diversion plans

Case Management
  • Focus is on stabilization back into the community and stable housing
  • Assists with financial management and budgeting
  • Provides support with daily living activities
  • Helps with making recovery goals, planning and monitoring
  • Assists with physical and mental health and addiction issues
  • Provides support with legal issues
Rent Supplement
  • Provides top up to tenant's minimum rent contributions directly to the Landlord
  • Supplements are not fixed to a specific unit and apply if a tenant moves

Application

  • Contact Central Access for referral and initial intake
  • Space is limited in the Rent Supplement Program

Individuals being released from correctional facilities, whether on remand or detained, or who are participating in a mental health court diversion plan
