Eligibility
Francophone individuals (children and adults) who reside, work or study in the territory served by the Centre de santé communautaire du Grand Sudbury (CSCGS) and
Agree to communicate in French and to receive all primary care through CSCGS
Not currently receiving specialist health care for a condition that has not yet been diagnosed
