- assist with resolving many of today's stresses at home and in the work place
- partnership between the Department of National Defence (DND) and Health Canada's Emergency Preparedness and Occupational Health Directorate Employee Assistance Services (EAS)
- available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- bilingual counsellors

- Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members (Regular Force, all Reserve Class Members, Cadets)
- parent, spouse, children and step children, fiancé(e), and any other person of significance to CAF personnel who died while serving
