- Provides permanent housing in a cooperative living environment where there is shared responsibility of managing the household
- Provides 12 hours of support per day, including peer outreach, skill-building and case management through a Residential Support Team
Victoria Street Place
- Offers a 7 bedroom shared living home located at 338 Victoria Street
- Provides transitional housing for 6 individuals with an occupancy term of up to 8 months
- Provides a Residential Support Team that offers 8 hours of support per day
- Provides opportunities to link individuals to community resources and to receive assistance in securing housing
Fairview Apartment Complex
- Offers 24 self-contained, 1 bedroom apartments, including 2 fully accessible units at 49 Fairview Avenue
Community Homes for Opportunity
- Provides tenants who have a serious mental illness with a recovery oriented supportive housing environment. It offers 24/7 support services to maintain housing stability. There is one 12-bed CHO home in the Greater Sudbury area supporting residents 18 years of age and older.
