- Operates a cooperative non-profit housing project made up of the members/tenants
- Provides a total of 80 units in 5 buildings; 35 one-bedroom and 44 two-bedroom units
- Includes 32 handicapped-accessible units (16 one-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom)
- Administers 10 supportive care units through Handicapped Action Group Inc (HAGI)
- Offers 24-hour attendant care service

- Members from each building are also assigned duties on a rotational basis such as lawn care, snow shoveling, vacuuming hallways etc
