- Physical Health: Triage and testing, diagnosis and creating a treatment plan, referral to specialists
- Mental Health: Both short-term and medium-term individual, family and marital counselling
- Nutrition: Individual or group meeting to promote healthy nutrition and encourage the prevention of illnesses
- Health Promotion: Develop activities that educate with the prevention of diseases and provide resources that promote the overall health of clients and in the community
- Community Health: promote and encourage community involvement in establishing and maintaining living conditions that improve collective and individual well-being
- Aging at Home: The Aging at Home Strategy aims to meet the needs of people over 65 and their natural caregivers in order to encourage aging at home
