  • Health Promotion: Develop activities that educate with the prevention of diseases and provide resources that promote the overall health of clients and in the community
  • Community Health: promote and encourage community involvement in establishing and maintaining living conditions that improve collective and individual well-being
  • Aging at Home: The Aging at Home Strategy aims to meet the needs of people over 65 and their natural caregivers in order to encourage aging at home
