Eligibility

  • Low income earners
  • Financial assessment required to determine eligibility
Individuals are eligible if they receive one of the following:
  • Ontario Works
  • Ontario Disability Support Program
  • Old Age Security with Guaranteed Income Supplement
  • Canada Pension Plan (if it is the primary source of income)
  • Veteran's benefits
  • Workplace Safety and Insurance Board benefits (WSIB) that are temporary or threatened
