- public education and training to help end gender-based violence in our community
- all services are confidential
- positive, inclusive environment for transgender and gender-diverse individuals
Program services include the following:
- Emergency intervention
- Emergency Shelter
- Anti-human Trafficking Program
- Individual and group counselling
- Safety planning
- Support groups
- Transitional and housing support
- Child-witness Program
Application
Call, email or drop in; self-referral or third party referral, with consent; an intake process/appointment is generally required
Eligibility
Francophone women living in the Cochrane District who are at risk or who are survivors of all forms of violence
Sexual Assault Centre -- Survivors of sexual violence 12 years and older
