Helps prepare individuals 15 years and older to meet the challenges of the job market by building confidence, skills and work experience
Services include:
Workshops and Training: training and assistance for career development and job search
netWORKS Program: for individuals ages 18 to 29, who are interested in meeting professionals and mentors within their work field of interest
Services for Employers
- post job postings on Tropicana Employment Centre's (TEC) site
- opportunity to be part of TEC's next job fair
- promotion of employers' hiring events and preparation of potential job candidates

Eligibility
Adults 15 years and older; specific requirements may vary program
Ontario residents, Canadian citizens, permanent residents, convention refugees and refugee claimants with a valid work permit
