Helps people who are experiencing mental health concerns (whether diagnosed or symptoms suggesting a major mental illness) who are also charged with a criminal offense in Waterloo or Wellington region. Advocacy and individual assistance in accessing services and community resources. Specific areas of support include:
- Probation
- Mental Health Court
- Drug Treatment Court
- Release from Custody

Eligibility
Adults who are experiencing severe and persistent mental health issues with or without other complex challenges that limit their ability to function on a daily basis, mental health concerns and have been charged with a crime in Waterloo or Wellington regions.
