Application
The co-op houses a mixed-income population. Out of 66 units, rent-geared-to-income (RGI) subsidy provided to a maximum of 40 units. The remaining members pay market. At present, not in in the position to draw from the RGI waiting list and that list is closed.
Until further notice, only market-value applications are being accepted. There is a lengthy waiting list, even for market-value units. Applications for this co-op may be via via the co-op website (https://www.breadandroses.coop) or directly through the co-op office.

Partially Accessible - One of the two buildings has an elevator. There are four wheelchair accessible units.

Service - Rent, parking and water usage. Hydro is extra
