Urban Native Transitional Housing is an Indigenous Led Housing Program that will help Indigenous people transition from temporary housing, to permanent housing.
Application
- Come into office or request an application
- Complete the application and include proof of Aboriginal Ancestry, income verification, and any other forms that are required
- All application files must be complete before an application can be considered for the waiting list

- Proof of Native Ancestry
- Without stable/safe housing
