Supportive housing for for single women who are chronically homeless

To be eligible for this program, women must meet all of the following four criteria: 1. Have a history of homelessness (e.g., in the last three years have stayed in an emergency shelter, a car, on the street, outdoors, or couch surfed); 2. Have lived in Waterloo Region for at least one year (current or past); 3. Are assessed as having high acuity (support needs); and 4. Give consent to be added to the PATHS priority list.
