  • 24 hours crisis line / walk-in crisis services
  • professional crisis workers provide immediate risk assessment, stabilization, safety planning, crisis follow up and referral services for the following situations:
  • substance use disorder
  • feelings of intense sadness or depression
  • sleeping or eating problems
  • anxiety
  • thoughts of suicide or self harm
  • severe distress related to relationship issues
  • family problems
  • grief
  • job loss
  • financial problems
  • anger
  • aggression
  • symptoms of mental illness

    • Application

  • Self-referral, physician and healthcare provider referrals
  • Call/ walk-in for crisis support

    • Eligibility

  • Individuals 16 years and older who are experiencing an actual mental illness/psychological crisis

    • Languages

    Interpretive Services - French (via translator)
