LINC -- Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) programs helps to learn the English language skills that are essential to social, economic, and cultural integration into Canadian society.

Eligibility

  • Permanent Residents
  • Protected Persons
  • Persons in Canada who have received initial approval of their application from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
  • Valid language assessment issued by the Language Assessment and Resource Centre or LINC instructor Age Requirements: 18 years and older
