Women's Enterprise Skills Training of Windsor Inc - Young Women in Leadership, Employment and Development (L.E.A.D)
- paid training opportunity during 14-week program
- assists young women facing barriers to employment to develop knowledge, skills and experience
- Participants complete 8 weeks of full time classes of employability essentials training followed by a 6-week work placement
