Essex (County of). Municipal Services - Residential Services Homes Program

Maintains purchase of service arrangements for the provision of Residential Services Homes Program beds for those individuals in need of supervised living environments

  • Provides permanent housing in a supportive community environment for residents that are living with psychiatric, physical or developmental disabilities, and/or seniors who require supportive living
  • Subsidies for the cost of residing in the Residential Services Homes Program are offered to qualifying applicants as space allows

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following conditions:
  • Low income individuals 18 yrs of age or older
  • Have limited assets
  • Agree to the placement
  • Have a documented medical need
