Housing information, help and advocacy including:
  • networking and information on all types of rental accommodation (co-ops and non-profits, public housing, private market units, barrier free units and transitional housing units)
  • One-on-one client assistance in homelessness prevention
  • provide counselling and connect clients with other service agencies or landlords to obtain or retain housing
  • Rent supplement assistance
  • Transitional housing
  • Landlords wishing to register affordably priced and vacant units for the general public or Syrian refugees can do so on the website

  • Needs assessment required
  • Central Housing Registry satellite office for completing and submitting rent-geared-to-income (RGI) housing applications in Windsor and Essex County
  • Eligibility

    Any of the following:
  • Persons and families with moderate, low or fixed incomes
  • Persons with disabilities
  • Persons requiring supportive housing and/or home sharing
  • Persons at risk of homelessness or homeless
  • Youth and seniors Age 16 years and up
  • Languages
